  • A Warm Cup of Tea

    A Warm Cup of Tea

The new Inspired By challenge is up and of course being a tea drinker, I had to go with the theme. I dug out my very old Papertrey Ink Stamp as I thought it was perfect for this (do you have this stamp set?) and I paired it with the Mom’s Kitchen collection from Echo Park. I used my scallop punch to make the flowered paper look like a table cloth. I mounted the tea pots on foam squares and topped off with some old Papertrey Ink buttons.

Would love for you to come play along with us and there’s a new group on Facebook called Craft your Stash – a place to encourage you to use some of your old/uninked/ neglected… anything

  • Wool You Look at That

    Wool You Look at That

I’m playing along with some friends who have come up with the #craftyourstash2026.

The idea is to use up old stuff in your stash, use an un inked stamp, use an old die…

I have used some old Simple Stories papers along with this new Shear Surprise stamp from Unity. Which of course I paired with the Thinking Out Loud set

That chicken wire die is one of my favorites and I have had it for many years! I definitely am on the hunt for another one

  • Let’s Celebrate

    Let’s Celebrate

I am sharing another card with this fun Little Weirdo Stamp Set from Unity. This time I paired it with the It’s My Birthday collection from Echo Park and the stamped sentiment is the Say it Loud and Clear stamp from Unity as well

I mounted the bird on foam squares for some dimension and again did add Liquid Glass to his eyes.

Oh and both of these Unity stamps are on sale right now! Click on the image below for direct link!

  • My Kind of Weird

    My Kind of Weird

When I first saw this new Unity stamp Little Weirdo I absolutely loved it! I think there’s so many ways you could use this, (I have another idea I am going to try today) he’s just so fun and cute don’t you think?

I have paired it with the You Are My Sunshine kit from Echo Park – love how bright and happy this kit is. I added Liquid Glass to his eyes for some added detail and fun (I miss CTMH – what do you use now instead of liquid glass?) Of course, I had to add the Thinking Out Loud speech bubble because it works so well with this. I got the Just Sayin’ from Simon Says.

Now go grab this Unity Stamp while it is on sale (click on image below for link)

  • Thanks for Being So Sweet

    Thanks for Being So Sweet

A new Inspired By Challenge is up and this week I was inspired by the berries. I used this Clip Art Image – Chocolate Valentine’s Day as I needed something quick and these were just so yummy looking.

I just felt like making a tall skinny card as it had been awhile and I dug into some hoarded old CTMH paper – love this set and now I don’t have much left. The sentiment is from The Stamps of Life. Of course I mounted the strawberries and sentiment on foam squares.

Here’s the Clip Art image if you are interested:

Now we would love to see how you are inspired!

  • Oh Hooray

    Oh Hooray

Just sharing another card with this cute frog from Unity – Lily Pads & Sunshine.

    This time I made him into a birthday frog. I paired it with the Here’s the Scoop paper pack which I thought would make a fun, bright kids card so I die cut the number 6 and put on the balloon. Of course, used the Thinking Out Loud set again for the speech bubble;

The Lily Pads & Sunshine stamp is on sale so be sue to grab it!

  • Otter Be My Valentine

    Otter Be My Valentine

I played along with a few challenges today and had to ink up this cute otter from the You Otter Be Stamp Set once again. I paired it with the Thinking Out Loud stamp set, which is a must have set as it works with so many other stamp sets and just adds that extra touch!

The paper is from the Valentine Coffee pad. I had the white frame and the XOXO already cut from another project so I just added them to this one. I mounted the Otter and Talking bubble on foam squares.

    Here for the Cake

Ok, I can totally relate can you? LOL This cute Shear Surprise KOMpanion kit. Have you seen all of the new releases for this months KOM?! My goodness they are so good. This is the first one I had to play with though… and I paired it with the Party Animals collection from Echo Park… fitting don’t you think?

I did minimal colouring.. The party hats are actually stickers. I stuck to scrap paper first then cut out so that I could make sure when the sheep were mounted on foam squares the hats weren’t sticking to the background.

Now be sure to go grab this cute set while it is on sale!

I am playing along with the Krafty Chicks

  • Happy Heart Day Envelope

    Happy Heart Day Envelope

Hey everyone, Laurel here. I am excited to share my take on this week’s Inspired By challenge. I was inspired by the theme and the envelopes. I used the Be Mine collection for the pattern paper and ephemera. To create the envelope, I used my envelope punch board from WR Memory Keepers. Love that it can make so many different sizes. The heart die is from Elle’s Studio and I cut the XO with my Silhouette I figure I could tuck a gift certificate into this.

I hope you come and play along with us!

I am also playing along with the following challenges:

  • Toad-ally Love You

    Toad-ally Love You

This cute image is one of Unity’s newest releases. Lily Pads & Sunshine and he is just so cute!

I kept it pretty minimal as I wanted the frog to stand out. The journal card is an old Elle’s Studio one. The pattern paper (red strips) is from the Valentine Coffee pad from Unity. I mounted the frog on foam squares for some dimension.
