  • Coffee Date with Amy

    Coffee Date with Amy

Hey everyone, happy Friday! I am having a coffee date with Amy today. Both of us have played along with this month’s theme at Lattes & Layers which is Bloom. To make things even more exciting…Amy is having a giveaway 😀 you’ll have to check out her Instagram for more information on that.

For my card, I reached for the Bailey Girl stamp set from Unity (she’s ON SALE right now), there’s just something about her… IYKYK

So many things I love about this card. I love the fun papers from Stampin Up, paper piecing (I would totally wear that hoodie) and fussy cutting

I mounted here on foam squares for some dimension.

Now don’t forget to check out Amy’s card HERE

And be sure to grab this stamp set while it is on sale.

  • Diminish All Your Troubles

    Diminish All Your Troubles

I am up on the Coffee Loving Papercrafters blog today with a new monthly theme challenge and this one is Bloom.

I dug into some Stampin Up Papers and paired it with an old Papertrey Ink Stamp set. This stamp set has survived many purges over the years as I am a tea drinker and couldn’t bear to get rid of it.

I mounted the teapot and sentiment on foam squares.

Now if this inspires you at all, would love to see how. Come on over and play

  • I find my happiness

    I find my happiness

I am up on the Coffee Loving Papercrafters blog today with a new theme challenge for the Lattes & Layers. This month is all about rainbows.

Looking for inspiration? You could incorporate Rainbow by using:
    • an actual rainbow in your design
    • a rainbow of layered colors or patterned papers
    • ombré or tone-on-tone color palettes
    • mugs, cups, or drink elements with colorful accents

I have used the You Are My Sunshine collection from Echo Park. The mug is from the I Like Big Cups stamp set by Creative Worship stamps, and the sentiment is from the You Are My Sunshine: Life Is Good Stamp Set also from Echo Park

Now come and play along and let me see those rainbows!

  • My Coffee is Strong

    My Coffee is Strong

I am up on the Coffee Loving Papercrafters blog today with the final post for the ‘GREEN’ challenge. Since we are still scraping out windows in the morning I decided that the Emerson Girl (Angiegirl from Unity) would be a good image to use LOL. I paired here with the Hay There papers (also from Unity)

I had fun paper piecing her, something I used to do all the time. I thought the denim paper was perfect for her pants, don’t you think? I fussy cut her out and mounted on foam squares for some dimension

The sentiment is from the Latte Life Snippets – lots of great coffee sayings in this collection.

  • Bubbles In My Tea

    Bubbles In My Tea

I am up on the Coffee Loving Papercrafters blog today and since it is a new month I am hosting another them challenge. This month the theme is green.

Here’s my take on Green, using some old CTMH papers – it has such a springy vibe don’t you think. I have paired it with the Bubble Tea die from Lawn Fawn in which I made a shaker. The sentiment is from MFT and the XO is another Lawn Fawn die.

Not sure if there is such a thing as green bubble tea? I am sure there is. What flavour do you think it would be?

Would love to see your take on this month’s theme. Head on over to the CLP blog to see this month’s guest designer and of course to link up

  • Cream in My Coffee

    Cream in My Coffee

Hey, I am up on the Coffee Loving Papercrafters blog today and since it is the start of a new month I have a new theme challenge for you. You have until February 28th to enter and one lucky person will get to be guest designer.

For my card I used a few old things. First up, those heart confetti in the shake are from CTMH, the journal card and elements are from an old Elle’s Studio kit, Feels good to stash bust doesn’t it? To make the shaker I used the die from Lawn Fawn Build a Drink Mug Add On Dies.

The main part of the sentiment is one that I printed up on my computer.

I am also linking up to a couple of challenges but be sure to play alone with us at CLP. And of course this is another creation for this week’s Inspired By challenge, you have until tomorrow evening to link up!

  • Warm Hello

    Warm Hello

I am up on the Coffee Loving Papercrafters blog again with my second card for this month’s Lattes & Layers theme which is Sweater. For this card I have used the White Winter 6 X 6 pad from Unity. I love the designs and colors in this – very hygge 😊. The Sweater knit paper made a perfect wrap for the cup don’t you think?

I paired it with the Simon Says Stamp Warm Mug And Everything Nice. It is hard to tell from the photo but I embossed the white cardstock with snowflakes, thus entering this in the SSSIG challenge – Use and Embossing Folder – mine is from CTMH

Now if you haven’t played along in the Lattes & Layers challenge I would love to see what you create!

  • Bundle Up!

    Bundle Up!

Are you tired of seeing winter cards from me yet?! I think they’re my favourite to make. Well I have another one that was inspired by the theme and toque at Inspired By and for the Sweater theme over on the Coffee Loving Papercrafters Blog Lattes & Layers

I used some older papers and ephemera from Simple Stories. The toque and sweater are from a Concord & 9th die. I also added one of my most used winter dies – the snowflake border from Poppy Stamps (I think)

I mounted the main images on foam squares

  • Whatever Keeps You Warm

    Whatever Keeps You Warm

I am up on the Coffee Loving Papercrafters blog today and since it is a new month there’s a new theme challenge happening. This month the theme is Sweater. I knew thisGretchen Girl Stamp would work perfectly for this challenge and I have used a sentiment from Warm & Cozy Season

I used a sweater embossing folder to emboss the main card base, though it is a little hard to tell.

Check out the stamps and paper here (click on images)

Now come on over to the Coffee Loving Papercrafters blog and play along
