    I Don’t Need A Morning Routine

    Hey everyone, I am up on the Coffee Loving Papercrafters blog today. I took a break from Fall and Winter cards to create this fun one. I am sure there are a few of us who can relate to this sentiment?! I no longer have kids in the house but I have 2 dogs and 1 cat and they all want in and out at different times (different doors LOL) in the morning so there’s no such thing as sitting and enjoying a full cup of tea without interruption. 

    I paired the Rise & Decline – September Uniquely Unity stamp set (which is on sale right now too!) with the Our Groovy Summer collection by Echo Park.

    I used some of my scraps from the paper, just adhered and stitched them on. Then once colouring her, I fussy cut out and mounted on foam squares. I also used the Thinking Out Loud stampset and stamped the sentiment inside one of the talking bubbles and it too is mounted on foam squares.

    Making Christmas Magical

    Time for another Christmas card! For this one I have used the Holiday Hustle stamp set from Unity (she’s on sale this month!) Raise your hand if you can relate to this sentiment! I absolutely love Christmas, my favourite time of the year, but that’s not to say it isn’t exhausting LOL.

    I paired her with the Peppermint Pines paper pack (also on sale). For the inside panel I embossed it with a snowflake embossing folder. After colouring her with copics I fussy cut out and mounted to foam squares. Of course adding some punched snowflakes for some interest as well.

    I added some ‘fluff’ to her cuffs and collar using some Martha Stewart glitter. I like how they turned out.

    Cozy Fall

    Hey everyone, I am here to share my take on this week’s Inspired By Challenge.. So many ideas I had with this one because there are so many fun elements in the photo! I decided to go with the fall theme, the coffee and an animal.

    If this image looks familiar, yes I did use this stamp last week too. It is just so darn cute! It is from the Mice & Cozy stamp set from Unity, which is on sale right now!

    For the coffee cup die cut I used an old CTMH die – it is actually to make a shaped card, but it was the perfect size to allow the stamp to fit on the coffee sleeve. I used the Feels Like Fall collection from Echo Park once again too.

  • A Little Fall Hello

    A Little Fall Hello

    I LOVE fall and making fall cards so this week, I was all over the Inspired By Challenge. I was inspired by the leaves, theme and sketch and had fun on this one

    I used the Feels Like Fall collection by Echo Park. After adhering the die cut background (die from CTMH) I dug out an old punch and punched the leaves. Once they were down I stitched on them

    I then used the Mice & Cozy stamp set from Unity, coloured it, fussy cut it out and mounted on foam squares. The Fall die is from Honey Bee Stamps.

    I then just added a few buttons.

    Ok, last one (for now, LOL) of this Snobert stamp, but I know I will be playing with him all winter haha

    This time I have paired him with the Snowy Winter Greetings paper which is also from Unity. For the center main panel I embossed it with a folder from CTMH. After colouring him I mounted on foam squares then added glitter to the pom pom and trim. As always I finished it off with snowflakes!

    While I still had the Mouse & Me Collection by Echo Park Paper out on my desk I decided to play with Snobert again

    After colouring him with copics I mounted on foam squares and added glitter glue to his hat and pom pom and Glossy Accents to his nose. I then stamped the Christmas from the heart of Christmas stamp set die cut it out and mounted it on foam squares as well.

  • Caught You Peeking

    Caught You Peeking

    I have a couple of cards to share with you today and once again, using Unity stamps!

    These cuties are part of this month’s KOM or you can purchase them separately as a KOMpanion Hide & Holiday Peek stamp set (it’s on SALE!) Both cards use the new Mouse & Me Christmas collection from Echo Park Paper. I really like the colors in this, the addition of the blue and yellow are perfect.

    First up, Caught You Peeking. I layered the pattern paper then before adhering the white cardstock, I stencilled some snowflakes using a stencil from the Mouse & Me Collection. I mounted the images on foam squares then added some glitter glue to fur trim and glossy accents to the deer’s nose.

    The using scraps from this card I made the background for the snowman card. For this one I also used the heart of Christmas stamp and die set from Unity

    Flurry of Happy Moments

    Happy Friday! I got called to work today – I had big plans of playing in my craft room because it is supposed to be a rainy day. At least I have a card to share. I created this with the newest Unity Release – Snobert (it’s on SALE right now)- isn’t he adorable! you will be seeing a lot of him around here!

    I have paired him with some Simple Stories papers – almost out of this collection, it was one of my favourites! After colouring I die cut the image out using the Nesting Postage Dies from Unity. I fussy cut a small mug from the pattern paper and adhered it to his hand, then added glitter glue to the pom pom and fur trim.

    Of course snowflakes to finish it off.

    That’s all for today. I promise I will be creating fall cards soon, but in the meantime I have had fun with this guy so be prepared!

    First Autumn now I am jumping right into Christmas! I still do mail Christmas cards so I have to start early and besides when Unity releases such an adorable stamp set Mouse on a Merry Mission (on sale right now!) , I am always eager to ink it up! I couldn’t decide which one to use first so I used all of them to create a card set.

    Aren’t they cute? For all cards the mice and sentiment are mounted on foam squares. The paper pack is Scandinavian holiday (which too, is on sale) Each card also has some sort of sparkle on it with glitter glue. Then, as always with my Christmas and winter cards, I added snowflakes.

    For this first card I embossed the white cardstock with a snowflake embossing folder, though it is hard to see.

    Next up, I created a tag then mounted the mouse on it.

    For this last card, I used paper scraps and also created a snowflake border strip.
