    I Don’t Need A Morning Routine

    Hey everyone, I am up on the Coffee Loving Papercrafters blog today. I took a break from Fall and Winter cards to create this fun one. I am sure there are a few of us who can relate to this sentiment?! I no longer have kids in the house but I have 2 dogs and 1 cat and they all want in and out at different times (different doors LOL) in the morning so there’s no such thing as sitting and enjoying a full cup of tea without interruption. 

    I paired the Rise & Decline – September Uniquely Unity stamp set (which is on sale right now too!) with the Our Groovy Summer collection by Echo Park.

    I used some of my scraps from the paper, just adhered and stitched them on. Then once colouring her, I fussy cut out and mounted on foam squares. I also used the Thinking Out Loud stampset and stamped the sentiment inside one of the talking bubbles and it too is mounted on foam squares.

    Cozy Fall

    Hey everyone, I am here to share my take on this week’s Inspired By Challenge.. So many ideas I had with this one because there are so many fun elements in the photo! I decided to go with the fall theme, the coffee and an animal.

    If this image looks familiar, yes I did use this stamp last week too. It is just so darn cute! It is from the Mice & Cozy stamp set from Unity, which is on sale right now!

    For the coffee cup die cut I used an old CTMH die – it is actually to make a shaped card, but it was the perfect size to allow the stamp to fit on the coffee sleeve. I used the Feels Like Fall collection from Echo Park once again too.

  • A Day Without Coffee…

    A Day Without Coffee…

    Hey everyone, we are almost officially at the end of summer. We are heading out for one more camping trip this coming weekend after that I will definitely be embracing fall. What about you? 

    Today I am up on the Coffee Loving Papercrafters sharing a card that I created with some Crafty Co goodies, and thought that Camping Meadow would be the perfect stamp.

    I used the Coffee is Life paper pack. the background die is an old MFT one. I was able to just trim some of my scraps to fit in the cut outs. Once I was happy with where everything went I stitched it all down.

    To be honest, this sentiment fits my husband more than me. He can’t go without his coffee! And even though I am more of a tea drinker (I do like my lattes though) I can go without it if I have to. What about you?

    Once I had her all coloured I adhered the mug to her hand and mounted her and the sentiment on foam squares. I can’t remember where I got the coffee die 🫣 please tell me if you know!

    That’s all from me today. Now it‘s time to work on the piles of laundry we brought home!

    Unleash the Joy

    Hey everyone, a brand new month and I am excited because to me, when it is September it is fall LOL but I know some of you might feel this way about the end of summer.

    I have used this fun stamp called Coffee is Not Enough from Unity Isn’t she fun. Can. you relate to her some days?

    I paired her with the Butter My Biscuit paper pack which is also from Unity. Have you ever used their papers? They are a nice thick, cardstock. So many fun paper packs to choose from too.

    After coloring her with copics I mounted her on foam squares, but tucking some messy thread under as well, just to further the ‘foggy/messy brain’ feeling haha.

    That’s all from me today. But I am curious are you team summer or team fall?

    I am up on the Crafty Stamp Co today. I combined a couple of different stamp sets for this one.

    I started with the Camping Meadow stamp set, colored her and the little coffee mug with copics and fussy cut out. Using a glue dot I adhered the coffee mug to her hand to look like she is carrying a coffee.

    I used the Coffee Life pattern paper as the background to carry out the coffee theme. I stamped one of the sentiments from the A Day Without stamp set then mounted Meadow on foam squares for dimension.

    I like big mugs

    It has been so hot here that I have been making iced coffee’s at home to have something besides water. I have absolutely been making them big and in my water tumblers LOL Thus… this card is not wrong ha!

    I have used the Art Impressions Stay Hydrated Clear Stamps and Dies isn’t it fun?!

    I had created my Echo Park DT assignment using the Here Comes Fall collection and it was still out so I decided, since I haven’t paper pieced in awhile, it was time. It’s a great way to use up scraps.

    For the sentiment, it was one that I had made and printed up on my computer. I mounted both the sentiment and image on foam squares for some dimension.

    Just One More Coffee

    Hey everyone, happy August! I hope that you have had a great summer so far. I have been enjoying the fruits of my labor (literally) as my blueberry bushes have been producing more than they ever have!

    Anyways, it’s coffee time. LOL. I am up on the Coffee Loving Papercrafters blog today. I feel like this one is appropriate today as in BC we had a long weekend so yesterday was a holiday and I suspect there may be a few people needing their coffee this morning ha!

    For my card I have used my new goodies from Crafty Stamp Co. A little background, I was thinking of my youngest daughter when I made this. She loves her coffee, her cats and pink so I just may have to send this to her (all the way to Germany!)

    I just layered the papers until I liked the look then added some stitching. After coloring the image with copics I fussy cut and mounted on foam squares. I did add the zzzs using an old CTMH alphabet stamp.

    I am up on the Coffee Loving Papercrafters blog today. I am sharing a coffee card, but it should be an iced coffee as it is so hot here this week – which does give me a good excuse to hide out in my craft room where it is cooler LOL

    For my card this week I have once again used the Spill the Coffee, Darlin’ stamp set from Unity – which, if you don’t have it yet, be sure to grab it while it is on sale! I created a project for my daughter using the Mom’s Kitchen collection by Echo Park for my daughter and while the paper was out I thought it worked well with this image.

    After layering the papers and stickers I finished it off with some stitching. I then coloured her and mounted with foam squares for dimension.

    That’s it for today, I am off to find some coolness… now be sure to grab the stamp set while it is on sale!

    A Little Perk-Me-Up

    Hey everyone,. I JUST finished purging and reorganizing (again) my craft room so I look forward to being in there more often – especially on the hot days as it is much cooler in our basement!

    I am up on the Coffee Loving Papercrafters blog today and I had to share my card using this new Unity stamp

    For today’s card I have used the NEW Uniquely Unity set Spill the Coffee, Darlin. It is such a great stamp set and yes you need it LOL (it’s on SALE right now too)

    I mounted the image on foam squares for dimension. I also dug into some OLD supplies and added the spiral clip. Do you remember when they were all the rage? I have so many in several colors…
